What do I have to do to play?
- Pick the winner of each game each week (no
point spreads). All picks have to be made at least ONE HOUR
before the first game of the week (because you can print out everyone's
picks at this time). A couple of weeks have thursday games, so
remember to make your picks early for those weeks!
- Pick the total points in the monday night
game.
If you forget to enter your picks, you
will be given all visitor teams and 32 total points in the monday
night game.
How
is the prize money divided up?
1) 12.5% to first place for cumulative total
for season (tiebreaker 2 below) plus extra $10 (see below)
2) 10.5% to second place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
3) 8.0% to third place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
4) 6.5% to fourth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
5) 5% to fifth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
6) 4% to sixth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
7) 3% to seventh place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
8) 2.5% to eighth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
9) 2% to ninth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
10) 1.5% to tenth place for cumulative total for season (tiebreaker
2 below)
11) 2% to person with smallest cumulative error in the total points
of monday night games
42.5% to be split among each weekly winner with the most correct
picks (tiebreaker 1 below)
An
Extra Incentive To
keep things interesting among people contending for last in the
cumulative race, the LAST place finisher has to write a extra check
for $10 to the first place finisher in the cumulative race. So at
season's end, there will be a race for the top ten spots and a race
NOT to be last.
Tiebreakers
- Closest guess to the total points scored
in the monday night game
- Smallest cumulative error for the total points
scored in the monday night games.
